The Total Comms Database by Magimpact
TotalComms is designed to run on Access 2000 or above.
For an additional charge it can be converted to run on Access 97.
Users require
a registered copy of MS Office Pro which includes Access. Magimpact
also required Word and Outlook to use all its features.
If you do
not have a registered copy of the above programmes Magimpact can help charities
source the programmes at a reduced cost.
The core
TotalComms programme costs £100 with additional features costing between
£50 and £100 each depending on requirements.
Site visits, installing and training are £200 a day plus travel.
Existing data can be converted and imported into TotalComms for an additional charge
The above
cost includes six months telephone support. Further support for TotalComms and
other IT issues is £20/month.
