The MultiMail Feature
Depending on selection made the letters and emails can then be generated.
The content can be created at this stage or an existing template created earlier or used previously.
Prior to printing or emailings,
letter letter or email can be viewed.
If emailing attachments can also be added.
A record of the letter or email sent is added to each contacts record so correspondence can be viewed at a later date.
