All contacts
on the database can have one or more segments depending
on how you need to contact them.
Single or
multiple segmentscan be selected and the resulting group
can be:
Mailed with a letter, or an address label generated.
For those
with an email address, an email sent
otherwise a letter sent.
An email sent only to those with email addresses
A letter or address label to those without email addresses
For each
contact receiving an email or letter, details of the communication
is held in their individual record for retreival at a later time.
All letters AND emails sent are personalised.
